Job Description
Shift: 6:00AM - 3:30PM Monday -Thursday and Friday 6:00AM - 10:00AM
Skills Needed: At least 1 year of experience cutting leather.
Job: Each person that is working as a leather cutter will stand and use an electric hand cutter to cut out each piece of the furniture pattern from the leather hides. All hides will be presented to each cutter on a horse and it is the employees responsibility to unload the hide form the horse onto their work table to begin cutting. All hides will come to the employee responsible for cutting the hide already marked, and it is their responsibility to cut all pieces that are required for that piece of furniture, bundle all the pieces together and place them into a buggy to then go into the sewing department.
